Peer review
The anonymised copy of the article (be it an original scientific paper or an overview study) is forwarded to two reviewers from the same branch of science, but from a workplace different from the author´s one. The reviewer can recommend the text for publishing or adjusting or rejecting. In case of contradictory evaluations made by the two reviewers, the third evaluation (under the conditions identical with those given above) is requested.
The reviewers´ evaluations are forwarded to the author; the principle of the double anonymity is applied: the reviewers are not revealed to the author and the author is not revealed to the reviewers. If a reviewer recommends an adjustment of the text and the author accepts the critical remarks, the later version is forwarded to the reviewer for a new evaluation.
The final contents of each particular issue of the journal are decided by the scientific editorial board on the basis of the peer reviewing process.
