Working Group for Gender Issues

The Working Group for Gender Issues was established to realize several of aims of the Czech Language Institute’s Gender Equality Plan. These include:

  • establishing a transparent system of flexible work arrangements;
  • long-term monitoring of the situation of disadvantaged groups;
  • support for employees in the area of work-life balance;
  • promoting equality in leadership and decision-making positions;
  • systematic support for career and professional development;
  • prevention of negative phenomena in the workplace such as mobbing, bossing, bullying or sexual harassment.
