The Working Group for Gender Issues was established to realize several of aims of the Czech Language Institute’s Gender Equality Plan. These include:
- establishing a transparent system of flexible work arrangements;
- long-term monitoring of the situation of disadvantaged groups;
- support for employees in the area of work-life balance;
- promoting equality in leadership and decision-making positions;
- systematic support for career and professional development;
- prevention of negative phenomena in the workplace such as mobbing, bossing, bullying or sexual harassment.
